Information on the processing of personal data of invited persons and guests of the Debutant Ball or other events organised by the Association

  1. Personal Data Administrator

The Administrator of your personal data is the “POKOLENIA POKOLENIA” Association with its registered headquarters in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Us”). You may contact us as follows:

  1. The aim of processing of your personal data and the legal grounds for its processing

We will process your personal data in order to:

  • Invite you as a guest to the Debutant Ball or other events (parties, conferences) organised by us and in order to contact you for this purpose. The legal grounds for processing your personal data is our legally justified interest basing on the ability to maintain relations with potential guests from the Ball or our other events.

If you decide to participate in the Ball or another of our events, we will process your personal data in order to:

  • Enter into and perform the obligations concerning participation in the Debutant Ball or another event, including informing you of the timeframe and venue where the Ball or other event will take place, as well as of accompanying events;
  • Record your image during the Ball and accompanying events. Your image may be published on our website, in our publications or in the press. Your consent constitutes the legal grounds for the processing of this personal data.
  • Protect ourselves against possible claims and demonstrate the fulfilment of our obligations pursuant to the provisions of law. The legal grounds for processing your personal data is our legally justified interest based on the possibility of protection against claims and demonstrating
  1. Consent for taking photographs of guests during the Debutant Ball and accompanying events

During the Debutant Ball and accompanying events, our guests will be photographed and video material may be filmed. These photos or video material may later be published on the website of our Association “POKOLENIA POKOLENIA”, in the Association’s publications or possibly in the press. If you do not express consent for a photographer to take your photo during the Ball or accompanying events, or you do not wish for your image to appear in video material, you can collect a special pin at the reception by the entrance to the Ball or other event. You must wear the pin in a visible place. This will be a sign for the photographer of cameraman to refrain from recording your image.

  1. Storage of your personal data

We will process your personal data with the aim of inviting you to further editions of the Debutant Ball or our other events until you notify us that your no longer wish to receive such information. The data contained in the statement of participation in the Debutant Ball or another of our events will be stored until the prescription of claims.

  1. Your personal data recipients

We will convey your personal data to postal operators with the aim of sending out invitations. Furthermore we may convey your personal data to our suppliers, who will be commissioned with services associated with personal data processing, e.g. IT services.

  1. Your rights associated with personal data processing

You reserve the following rights associated with personal data processing:

  • the right to access your personal data,
  • the right to request amendments to your personal data,
  • the right to request removal of your personal data,
  • the right to request restrictions to the processing of your personal data,
  • the right to withdraw consent for processing your personal data (image),
  • the right to oppose the processing of your personal data due to special circumstances,
  • the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable IT format. The right to transfer data is only applicable within the scope in which we process your data on the basis of your consent and in an automated manner.

The right to withdraw consent

You may, at any point in time, withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data within the scope in which we process your data on the basis of your consent (image). For this purpose send us a declaration on the withdrawal of your consent to our email address or by post. The withdrawal of consent does not influence the processing carried out in compliance with the law on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

The right to oppose

Within the scope in which we process your personal data on the basis of our legally justified interest, you reserve the right to oppose the processing of your personal data due to your special circumstances.

The right to file a complaint with an organ

You also reserve the right to file a complaint with the supervisory organ responsible for personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
